總則

Lumimi Record 是一款在你的 Mac 上本機運作的螢幕與音訊錄製工具。開發者不收集、不儲存、不傳輸任何你的個人資料或錄製內容，App 內沒有任何分析、追蹤或廣告元件。

錄影與錄音不會上傳

你的錄影與錄音檔案只會寫入本機資料夾，永遠不會被上傳。逐字稿也是在你的 Mac 上以本機模型（WhisperKit / CoreML）產生，不經過任何伺服器。

網路的兩種用途

App 只在下列兩種情況連線，兩者都由你主動觸發：

• 下載逐字稿模型：首次使用逐字稿功能時，從 Hugging Face 下載語音辨識模型到你的裝置。只會傳送下載請求，不含你的任何內容。
• AI 整理、摘要與翻譯（選用）：當你按下整理、摘要或翻譯時，逐字稿的文字會直接從你的裝置傳送到你自行選擇並設定 API 金鑰的第三方 AI 服務（OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、xAI），不經過開發者的任何伺服器。錄影與錄音檔案不會被送出。這些資料的處理適用各服務商的隱私政策。

AI 功能為選用，不設定 API 金鑰也能使用錄製與逐字稿的所有功能。API 金鑰儲存在 macOS 鑰匙圈，僅存於你的裝置。

螢幕錄製、麥克風與攝影機

螢幕畫面與系統音訊透過 macOS 的 ScreenCaptureKit 取得，麥克風音訊透過系統音訊輸入取得，攝影機（選用的疊圖功能）透過 AVFoundation 取得。這些都需要你在「系統設定 → 隱私權與安全性」中明確授權，且僅在你主動開始錄製時使用。畫面與聲音只會寫入你指定的本機資料夾，不會傳送到任何伺服器。攝影機畫面即時疊進錄影檔中，同樣只存在本機；不使用疊圖功能時 App 完全不會啟用攝影機。

你的檔案

錄製結果預設儲存在 ~/Movies/Lumimi Record，你也可以自行指定資料夾。App 只能存取你明確選取的位置；所選資料夾透過 macOS 的 security-scoped bookmark 在本機記錄，方便下次沿用。逐字稿（transcript.json，含 AI 整理、摘要與翻譯的結果）也存放在同一個錄製資料夾內。

設定資料

語言、錄製品質、輸出位置等偏好設定儲存在本機的 UserDefaults，不含任何個人識別資訊。

プライバシーポリシー

概要

Lumimi Record は Mac 上でローカルに動作する画面・音声レコーダーです。開発者はお客様の個人情報や録画内容を収集・保存・送信しません。アプリに分析・トラッキング・広告の仕組みは一切含まれていません。

録画・録音はアップロードされません

録画・録音ファイルはローカルフォルダに保存されるだけで、アップロードされることはありません。文字起こしもお使いの Mac 上でローカルモデル（WhisperKit / CoreML）により行われ、サーバーを経由しません。

ネットワークを使う 2 つの場面

アプリが通信するのは以下の場合のみで、いずれもお客様の操作が起点です：

• 文字起こしモデルのダウンロード：初回利用時に Hugging Face から音声認識モデルを取得します。送信されるのはダウンロード要求のみで、お客様のコンテンツは含まれません。
• AI による整理・要約・翻訳（任意）：整理・要約・翻訳を実行したときに限り、文字起こしのテキストが、お客様自身が API キーを設定した第三者 AI サービス（OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、xAI）へデバイスから直接送信されます。開発者のサーバーは経由しません。録画・録音ファイルが送信されることはありません。送信データの取り扱いは各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

AI 機能は任意です。API キーを設定しなくても、録画と文字起こしのすべての機能をご利用いただけます。API キーは macOS キーチェーンにのみ保存されます。

画面収録・マイク・カメラ

画面と システム音声は macOS の ScreenCaptureKit、マイク音声はシステムの音声入力、カメラ（任意のワイプ機能）は AVFoundation から取得します。いずれも「システム設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ」でお客様が明示的に許可した場合のみ、かつ録画を開始したときにのみ使用されます。映像と音声は指定されたローカルフォルダにのみ書き込まれ、どのサーバーにも送信されません。カメラの映像は録画ファイルにリアルタイムで合成されるだけで、こちらもローカルにのみ保存されます。ワイプ機能を使わない場合、アプリがカメラを起動することはありません。

ファイルについて

録画データは既定で ~/Movies/Lumimi Record に保存され、保存先はお客様が変更できます。アプリは明示的に選択された場所にのみアクセスし、選択されたフォルダは security-scoped bookmark によりローカルに記録されます。文字起こし（transcript.json。AI 整形・要約・翻訳の結果を含む）も同じ録画フォルダ内に保存されます。

設定データ

言語・録画品質・保存先などの設定はローカルの UserDefaults に保存され、個人を識別する情報は含みません。

Privacy Policy

Overview

Lumimi Record is a screen and audio recorder that runs locally on your Mac. The developer does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or recordings. The app contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising components.

Recordings are never uploaded

Your video and audio files are written to a local folder and are never uploaded. Transcription also runs on your Mac using a local model (WhisperKit / CoreML) — no server is involved.

The two things network access is used for

The app connects to the network only in these cases, both initiated by you:

• Downloading the transcription model: the first time you transcribe, the speech recognition model is downloaded from Hugging Face to your device. Only the download request is sent — none of your content.
• AI cleanup, summary and translation (optional): when you ask for a cleanup, summary or translation, the transcript text is sent directly from your device to the third-party AI service you chose and configured with your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI). Nothing passes through any server operated by the developer. Your video and audio files are never sent. Handling of that data is governed by the respective provider's privacy policy.

The AI features are optional — recording and transcription work fully without an API key. Keys are stored only in the macOS Keychain on your device.

Screen recording, microphone and camera

Screen and system audio are captured through macOS ScreenCaptureKit; microphone audio comes from the system audio input; the camera (for the optional overlay) is captured with AVFoundation. All of them require your explicit permission in System Settings › Privacy & Security, and are used only while you are recording. Video and audio are written only to the local folder you choose and are never uploaded anywhere. The camera image is composited into the recording in real time and likewise stays on your Mac; if you do not use the overlay, the app never starts the camera.

Your files

Recordings are saved to ~/Movies/Lumimi Record by default, and you can choose any other folder. The app can only access locations you explicitly select; the chosen folder is remembered locally via a security-scoped bookmark. The transcript (transcript.json, including any AI cleanup, summary and translation) is stored in that same recording folder.

Settings

Preferences such as language, recording quality and output location are stored locally in UserDefaults and contain no personally identifying information.
